Working out!

Deadlift (first in over a year)

My objective today was just to do the movement and get back into the weights.
I did find that my grip was weak.

Practiced skipping for about 5 mins

Good overall time in the gym.

Friday night special

CFWU x 2 (5 pullups instead of 10... Extra 40lbs is a drag)

1.5pood TGU
3x5 a side

I am feeling the strength sapped away from the last year + of inactivity. Hopefully I can keep up the gym attendance.
