My objective today was just to do the movement and get back into the weights.
I did find that my grip was weak.

Practiced skipping for about 5 mins

Good overall time in the gym.

I was not sore when l woke up today but as soon as I tried to do push ups. Wow did I feel tight.

5 TGU per side
5 man makers with 15 lbs

Push press practice. After

I know that is not much of a workout but I want to ease into it and avoid DOMS as much as possible

Well I did it! I worked out. Ha if that be called a workout.
I suppose what is important is that I did it. Lately I have been having a difficult time fitting into my jeans. as well as I have noticed shortness of breathe while doing minor household chores.
This prompted me to hit the gym.

Pull ups x 5 these were remarkably hard

40 x KB snatch (1.5 pood)

Deadlift practice with dowel and snatch.

Felt good but really aware of extra weight around the middle.
