First Entry

Well here we go. This is my first attempt at a blog so it may suck.

The primary reason for this space is to have an online account for me to post my workouts and to generally make myself accountable for my fitness and health. I have started a new fitness program and as such I wanted to keep track of my progress. I have been working out regulary since 15 Nov 06. I will go and back date my work out logs and start a eating blog too.

Well I look forward to this journey.
