New Wall Ball

So I finally picked up my new 20lb wall ball that I bought from SBH. 5 rounds 15 wall ball 15 sit ups 10:01 I am sore and tired now. My body is not used to this.

Back squat





So I am getting back into somewhat of a workout routine again. Feels good to get at it again. Been going slowly and have forgotten to post a few wods.

Today:

Back squat
3x5
145, 205, 225

5 rounds of:

5 pullups
10 push ups
15 squats

Legs are a little tender now. I thought I was over the doms but apparently not.

Swimming

Swimming at Wayne Gretzky Sports Center with nephew Colby.
45 mins of intermittent swimming, treading water, hot tub, and sauna.

Kettle bells

Had a few workouts recently and have forgotten to post here.

Tonight I decided that I am gonna start working out with more focus on kettle bells. Not sure why really other then I have them and they are fun.

Working out!

Deadlift (first in over a year)

My objective today was just to do the movement and get back into the weights.
I did find that my grip was weak.

Practiced skipping for about 5 mins

Good overall time in the gym.

Friday night special

CFWU x 2 (5 pullups instead of 10... Extra 40lbs is a drag)

5x3=15lbs dumbbells
1.5pood TGU
3x5 a side

I am feeling the strength sapped away from the last year + of inactivity. Hopefully I can keep up the gym attendance.
