Push Ups and Dips Navy Seals WOD

CFWU x 2 15 reps except push ups and dips

5 Rounds of

Max ring push ups in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Max ring dips in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

55-45-36-38-35=209

Subbed Regular push ups and dips. Didn't take my rings this morning.

    How are the side cramps? Anymore issues? Do you ever get them when you are not running?

  4. For CIOR it is max push ups in 2 mins. For the test I got 100.
    I haven't had the stitch issue for the last 18 months. Then Frelen and yesterday were painful. Doubled over in pain. It sucked. I know we are suppose to "embrace the suck" that it was too much.

    I will read the links and see what is up.

  5. hey steve, i saw this WOD and wanted to try it. except i missed the part that said you forgot your rings and was feeling like a total pansy compared to your numbers.

    granted, i still couldn't even come CLOSE to your numbers on push ups and dips. they're coming along...albeit slowly.

    keep killing it man!
