For CIOR it is max push ups in 2 mins. For the test I got 100.
ReplyDeleteI haven't had the stitch issue for the last 18 months. Then Frelen and yesterday were painful. Doubled over in pain. It sucked. I know we are suppose to "embrace the suck" that it was too much.

hey steve, i saw this WOD and wanted to try it. except i missed the part that said you forgot your rings and was feeling like a total pansy compared to your numbers.
