  1. Huge! 375 back squat x1 is a solid lift. At 190, that is more then 2x BW! Pull-ups plus 125 is just under 0.75x BW, both solid advanced lifts. Way to go, good to see the strength focus paying off. Plus, you are having FUN!.

    Thanks, but I think it is just under 2 x BW by about 10 lbs. 125 was a heavy pull. Struggled to get my chin over the bar.

    I will lift regular Wed and Fri. Next Monday I will do Deads and press.

    Yes I am having fun! I wonder if I like it because I am making gains and seeing results. I am sure that it is why. Once I plateau I will want to change it up again. Maybe back to CF?

  4. I could not see the new pattern over your huge numbers. Is this a new pattern? Are you heading away from the SS template?

    This pattern worked better for me then SS. SS was too much volume for me and my time constraints, recovery ability. I liked mixing Squat with weight pull-ups, cleans with press and deads with bench. This seems the best for me.
