White Water Blues


For time:
50 Box jump 20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (35Lbs DB)
50 stepsWalking Lunge,
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 12 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (tuck jumps)

20 Seconds faster then last time. Did the 50 knees to elbows consecutive this time and think that slowed me down a bunch. Thought I would have done better as the last time I did this was over a month ago. It just shows that I haven't been focusing on eating and sleeping.
