  1. Great time Steve.

When I get a chance I will read this...its been a long time coming I know Greg Glassman worked with PSP and Officers a long time a go. It is nice to see it will finally be implemented. The most important thing will be getting people certified to teach these moves properly. Although, results have shown that even with unqualified instructors injury rates are still lower than standard PT programs.

If ASU London grabs onto this and you need my help getting people trained up let me know I will be glad to offer my time for a good cause.

That is if they even want me around that place!

  2. Steve,

Not a bad Dianne time for someone who has not done a METCON in a long time. Good to see you training, what are you doing next? How many days this week?

  3. Hey Pat,

I am planning on doing 4 days this week. I think I need to formulat a plan soon so I can focus myself. Maybe just get back to the CFHQ Wods. I have had success with those.

  4. So let me get this straight, you've done almost nil metcon the last however many months, and then you bust out a sub 7:00 Dianne?

    Dude, solid!

  5. thanks guys. I want to let you all know that since this WOD I have had a burning feeling in my throat. That feeling you get just before getting sick. I really did try today.

The deadlifts were easy in the sense that I was confident that I could lift the weight with no issues. The HSPU's were good too.

I think this was less of a metcon then maybe a fran or annie. This is a strength wod with a time component. IMHO.

    Steve
