After reading Rip's comments along with Sean's, Jerry's, and Pat's blog posts I decided to lose some weight today and try to get as deep as possible. I was successful in my efforts today.

Thanks guys for the support and sharing of knowledge.

  4. Probably my biggest mistake on SS. Not backing off when the reps started to become sloooow grinds. Rip spends a good deal of time on "resetting" but I think it's a slightly better idea to take a break and then hit it again before the failure comes.

Gotta say though Steve, damn close to 300 for 3 sets of 5? Getting pretty damn strong for your size.
