No time to say hello! Goodbye! I'm late, I'm late, I'm late.

Squats = 3 x 5 - 225 LBS
Bench = 3 x 5 - 185 LBS
Deadlift = 1 x 5 - 275 LBS

This was fun!

  2. Good lifts for the first day. BP BWx5 is a good starting point. What will Wed be? Are you going to do any METCON?
