CFWU x 1 + various stretches to loosen up hips

5 Disastrous rounds of:
30 Squats
10 Pull ups
5 x 135lbs Clean and Jerks
12:21
Lost all my gas at 6:02. This was when I finished my 3rd round. I
think a good time for this would be 5-6 mins.

    Looks like you're getting into NASCAR. Come on down to the brickyard this summer @ the Greatest Spectacle in Racing, Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

    Helluva a place to watch a race. You've got a place to stay if you do.
