By 0 grip I mean 0 grip. My forearms are smoked!

65 pound Hang squat clean, 12 reps (Subbed 10 reps made a mistake)

7 Pull-ups


15 + 8 Rounds.


Barely able to hold myself on the Pull Up Bar to complete Workout.
