Humping on the Hill
Went to a park in London with my friend Tim and we had a great workout. It was Tim's first intro to CrossFit and he did a great job.
3 rounds for time
Hill (with 45lbs sandbag)
50 Push ups
50 Sit ups
15 Burpees
15:34 (Steve)
17:45 (Tim)
Tim scaled a little which was wise for him.
