Garage Gym


Well I decided that since it was so nice today that I would workout at home and see what I could come up with.

20x24lbs Wall Ball (basketball w Sand)

21-15-9
45lbs Thrusters
Push Ups

Hand Stand Practice (getting better at this)

4x3 Muscle Ups
