Another reason big box gyms suck!


Well I have another reason I hate going to the gym. I walked in the gym and saw an old dude buck naked full monty. Yuck!!! Then as I round the corner there in aonther one walking from the sinks. Have you ever heard of a towel buddy?

Then home for a shower.

    I just try to do at least a WOD a day. I get up from rest all over the clock since I do shift work. I like to do a 400m sprint workout twice a week on top of things. On top of all that, I'm trying to improve all the following by adding skill sessions:
