This was heavy. First heavy lift in 5 months. I will feel that in the
legs tomorrow I am sure.
20 mins if handstands. I walked over 20m on my hands today. I was
super happy with that. Had some good success with HS's since meeting
with Merritt.

I will rest eat drink and train hard. I have a gym appt tomorrow so I am looking forward to that.
Had a little case of the DOMS after the DL's.
I changed the web address of the site to www.fiverounds.com I wanted to get the crossfit out of the title. So I tried to think of something easy and crossfit like.
