Starting back at it

I am gonna workout tomorrow. I am gonna focus on lower body and not get too wrapped up in upper stuff till I meet with a Dr. about my fucked upped shoulder and arm.

Tabata squats

  1. Get back on the horse. How is the shoulder? Did a week of rest help it? If it did not, then you should see a doc.

    I would work on lower body and sit-ups, my sit-ups strenght seems to be deteriorating faster as I get older.

    Rest up and enjoy UFC tonight.
