The guy is saying the truth, but I'm not looking to make you a world class runner, or lifter... and never are things in the real world split by rest... general preparedness is powerful for everyday elite performance .... and the evenness in human performance will allow the further development of strengths.... explanation: why do pull-ups a better downhill skier... who knows but it does!
