Handstand practice 15 mins. Starting to be able to press into a handstand from a squat. There is a bit of a push with the feet but not too much.
What was the KB weight? Was this a Seal WOD? Looks tough.
ReplyDelete1 Pood. It was tough. Just thought of it last night after a few beers and talking with a friend. The run and carrying the bell in a comfortable position was the hardest part.
