800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

  2. haven't done pushups in awhile, steve. i've just been trying to follow the WOD as written on the mainpage. seem to be getting better results than when i programmed workouts for myself.

    imagine that, glassman is better at designing a crossfit program than me. ha!
