Was a wierd Workout. Just wanted to burn some steam so kept going. It was wierd though. After tabata squats I had a PR on row even though my legs were on fire but only 7 HSPUs. I can do a lot more then that. Oh well.

  1. do you remember what the damper setting was.. because it may have been changed from what you normally row or to what you should be rowing on, the damper isnt resistance so much as setting based on power/tempo

  2. Damper was set at 8. I think that this a good setting to take advantage of leg power and lung power.
