MURPH!




What a great day. Thanks to all the people who showed up! Excellent effort by everyone. Raised a bunch of money for the CDS Military Family Fund.

For time:1 mile Run


100 Pull-ups


200 Push-ups


300 Squats


1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.


44:28 with 20lbs of Body Armour (did all reps before moving on to next excersise)




Will post the times of the whole group later when I have the sign in sheet.
