Steve: If you do dumbells instead of the barbell...what weights would you use? I think the barbell is killing my left bicep. I thought it was something else but this workout always ends up giving me probs.

I use the Barbell. I have to hold the bar slightly wider the shoulder width. I don't close my fist around the bar. I find that hurts my fragile wrists.
