Squats and Rope Jump

Five rounds for time of:
50 Squats
100 Rope jumps

Played with a medball for about 15 mins.
Medball Bowling
Airball (throw as high possible)
SlamBall 4 times back and forth across gym floor.

Handstands 5 mins.
