Challenge #4

After a nice rest day we have this to look forward to.


Run 1 Mile

50 Pull ups
100 Push ups
150 Squats

Run 1 Mile

50 Pull ups
100 Push ups
150 Squats

Run 1 Mile

Partition the pull ups, push ups, and squats as needed. IE Cindy style.

  1. Looks good, like Murph +1. I think I missed the Bear Challenge. I did set the weight down during the circuits. You got that one. I did not watch the whole video before attempting it. Oh well, Steve 2, Pat 1. My goal time on tomorrow's WOD is 42min. We will see. It looks good. Real CF
