After a nice rest day we have this to look forward to.

100 Push ups
150 Squats

Pain or damage don't end the world.... or despair or fucking beatings. The world ends when your dead. Until then, you have more punishment in store.

Looks good, like Murph +1. I think I missed the Bear Challenge. I did set the weight down during the circuits. You got that one. I did not watch the whole video before attempting it. Oh well, Steve 2, Pat 1. My goal time on tomorrow's WOD is 42min. We will see. It looks good. Real CF
